• We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on this site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We would appreciate it if customers
  would inform us of any damage or defects
  in goods within 7 days of receipt. We exclude liability to you for any
  unforeseeable loss or damage that you
  may suffer as a result of our negligent performance of any services provided to

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All rights in the site design, text,
  graphics and other content, and the selection and arrangements thereof
  belong to Former Heavy Industries
  Cyf.
• You are allowed to copy or print hard
  copy portions of the site for the sole
  purpose of placing orders with The
  Red Dragonhood. Any other use of
  materials on the site, including
  reproduction for purposes other than
  those stated above, are strictly
  prohibited.
• The Red Dragonhood is a trademark belonging to Former Heavy
  Industries Cyf.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

The statutory right of any person other than
you or us to enforce any of these provisions
is excluded.

SEVERENCE

If any term shall in whole or in part be held
to any extent to be illegal or unenforceable
under any enactment or rule of law that
term shall to that extent be deemed not to
form part of these terms and the
enforceability of the remainder of the terms
shall not be
affected.

WAIVER

No failure on our part to exercise any right or remedy under these terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy and no waiver
by us of any breach of these terms by you
shall operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer or attempt to assign or transfer any of your rights and obligations under these terms without our consent.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed
by and construed in accordance the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be referred to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
the Welsh courts.

HAWLIAU TRYDYDD PARTI

Gwaharddir hawl statudol pob person ar wahân i chi neu ni i orfodi unrhyw un o’r darpariaethau hyn.

GWAHANIAD

Os bydd unrhyw gymal yn gyfan gwbl neu’n rhannol yn cael ei ystyried i unrhyw raddau yn anghyfreithlon neu’n amhosib ei orfodi o dan unrhyw ddeddfiad neu reol gyfreithiol yna ystyrir na fydd y cymal hwnnw i’r graddau hynny yn ffurfio rhan o’r telerau hyn ac ni effeithir ar yr orfodaeth o weddill y telerau.

ILDIAD

Ni fydd methiant ar ein rhan ni i weithredu unrhyw hawl neu gywiriad o dan y telerau hyn yn gweithredu fel ildiad o’r hawl neu’r cywiriad hwnnw ac ni fydd ildiad gennym ni o unrhyw dramgwyddiad o’r telerau hyn gennych chi’n gweithredu fel ildiad o unrhyw dramgwyddiad arall.

ASEINIAD

Ni fedrwch aseinio na throsglwyddo na cheisio aseinio na throsglwyddo'r un o’ch hawliau na’ch goblygiadau o dan y telerau hyn heb ein caniatâd ni.

CYFRAITH LYWODRAETHOL

Bydd y telerau a’r amodau hyn yn cael eu llywodraethu a’u dehongli yn unol â chyfreithiau Cymru a Lloegr a chaiff unrhyw anghydfod ei chyfeirio at awdurdodaeth an-anghymhwysol llysoedd Cymru.
