We will refund any purchase provided items are returned in original condition within 14 working days from the day you receive them. We will also be happy to exchange an item for a different size, in which case you will only be charged once for postage.

How to return or exchange an item

Please complete the returns form included in the package to tell us why you are returning your goods. It is perfectly okay to change your mind but it helps us to know exactly why you are returning the goods so that we can change anything we might be doing wrong. Please return your items using the Recorded Delivery Signed For service from Post Offices.

If you are returning a purchase from overseas, we regret that we cannot accept returned items that incur import duty. To avoid these charges, we suggest you do not use a courier company such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, but instead use a regular registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.

Your statutory rights are not be affected by these conditions.
