How to make an order

While browsing the product pages, items can be added to your shopping basket by choosing a size and clicking the 'ADD TO BASKET' button. From the basket you can either continue to browse or you can go straight to the checkout. The checkout pages will guide you through the process. You will be able to delete items from the basket or make a change to the quantity if you wish to order more than one of each item. You can check the items in your basket by clicking any of the 'VIEW BASKET' buttons.

Payment via PayPal

We are not interested in building a global financial empire so our credit and debit card payment processing is provided by PayPal. PayPal offers the widest range of card acceptance and is a secure and trusted online card processing service. For your convenience, we have selected the option that makes it unnecessary to open a PayPal account to make a one-off payment to The Red Dragonhood. Once payment has been accepted, you will receive a receipt from PayPal. We will despatch an invoice with your goods.

Technical stuff for your peace of mind

Through PayPal, we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and all debit cards including Switch, American Express, Electron, Delta and JCB. PayPal uses secure socket layer technology (SSL). This means that when you place an order with us and pay via Paypal's secure online ordering system, all of the information is encrypted or scrambled, so that the data you send is an unintelligible string of seemingly random characters. When Paypal's web server receives these characters, its SSL software converts them back into useful information. The same thing happens with the data you receive from their server. Your information is therefore kept private at all times. The Red Dragonhood never receives your credit card information.
